Custom Creations — Terms & Conditions By placing an order with Custom Creations, you agree to the following: Orders and Payment All prices are listed in US dollars. Full payment is required before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Custom Designs Customers are responsible for checking all names, dates, spelling, colours, sizes and other details before approving a design. Once a design is approved and production has started, changes may result in additional charges or may not be possible. Production Times Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, product availability and design requirements. Rush orders may attract an additional fee. Cancellation Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, a design has been approved or production has started, payments may be non-refundable. Returns and Refunds Custom or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind. However, please contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or materially different from the approved order. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. Pickup and Delivery Customers must provide accurate pickup, delivery and contact information. Custom Creations is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, third-party couriers, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Product Appearance Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, printing materials and production methods. Minor variations in handmade or customized products are not considered defects. Customer-Supplied Content By submitting photographs, logos or designs, the customer confirms that they have permission to use them. Custom Creations is not responsible for copyright or trademark claims relating to customer-supplied content. Agreement Submitting payment confirms that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the approved design and order details.
